What’s missing from this picture?
Twitter is a great way to provide real time information, such as travel news and alerts. So a great idea by Transport for London to provide alerts to travellers via Twitter, enabling them to keep up to date via mobile phones, as they move around the capital.
However, not so helpful what posters promoting the alerts service fail to mention the Twitter account that commuters need to follow, @TfLTravelAlerts.
Thank you to @JonMillerUK for the photo and spotting this example and to @MikeSchorah for flagging it up.
If you come across any examples of both good and bad use of Social Media please let me know.
