Have you customised your Twitter profile?

Having highlighted how Autoglass use Twitter to obtain leads in a previous post, their Twitter profile is worth featuring again following the addition of a new customised Twitter background.

This is a great example of blending a business account with a personal approach. This is important as people prefer talking to other people with a personality rather than a corporate entity. So displaying photos of Mike and Emma - the Autoglass Twitter team - is a great idea. I like the informal touch of using Polaroid style frames too.

Including the logo provides brand consistency and helpful contact information including phone number and email address is also displayed.
