How to create or convert to a Pinterest business account
You can now set up Business Accounts on Pinterest or if you already have a Personal Account you can convert it. In addition, business users have access to some new tools, widgets and case studies as well as their own Terms of Service. As a business Pinterest can help you in a number if ways - here are 5 reasons to sign up.
There’s not a huge amount of difference between a Personal and a Business Account but Pinterest wants to encourage businesses so more resources, tools, cast studies and business specific features will no doubt follow. As with doing most things on Pinterest obtaining a business account is quick and straightforward.
To set up a Business Account:
1. Go to: http://business.pinterest.com
2. Select New to Pinterest? Join as a business
3. Select your Business type
4. Complete profile
5. Agree to Terms of Service
You can convert your profile from Personal to Business by following the steps above except no need to do Step 4 as you already have a profile. You can also access http://business.pinterest.com by going to About/For Business after you’ve logged in.
