John Lewis perform on Pinterest
John Lewis are one of a number of brands who are using Pinterest to provide inspiration around their product range and to encourage people to visit their website to make purchases. As can be seen below many of the boards are about ideas.
A single click on a pin or image of a product enlarges it and a further click takes you to the item page on johnlewis.com where you can add it to your shopping basket and then purchase.
As well as inspirational boards there are product launch and press show boards. I particularly like the Your John Lewis Inspiration board which involves customers by showcasing pins that they’ve pinned to their own boards.
